This is an exciting opportunity to join the team and learn from the best. We are looking for an Waiter / Waitress with the wow-factor. It is a fantastic time to come on board as we rebuild our business post Covid and look to expand further.

Candidates must have excellent presentation and be passionate about food, customer service and the delivery of an effective and efficient product. They must be focused on the customer experience from entry to leaving the restaurant and must have an outgoing and friendly personality.
We have a strong emphasis on using local suppliers and utilising the best ingredients available to us. Although we are predominantly a food led business, bar & cellar experience would be a benefit. Basic knowledge of wines and cocktails is desirable but full training will be given.

We are looking for someone who can work with the directors to ensure the service at Baker's is second to none. The ideal candidate will be a committed and professional individual with experience in hospitality. We are looking for someone hardworking, driven and passionate about what they do.
You will take responsibility for ensuring that the restaurant and bar areas are ready for service and maintained to our high standards. You will be expected to work in a team to ensure the customers’ needs are met at all times, keeping to our standards and greeting our guests with a smile and warm welcome every time like it’s the first time you have seen them. You will be required to learn about our company and services as well as having an in-depth knowledge of our food, therefore learning our menus is a must. In summary you must be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service to our guests with a smile and personality.
Full time and Part Time opportunities available. Both will involve weekend and evening work. .
Part-time post will be expected to be available for work Friday/Saturday evening and both weekend days including split shifts. Please do not apply if you cannot commit to this.
We will be conducting virtual interviews via video link in the first instance with a view to an in person interview once restrictions permit. Please note we would be looking for you to start work when restrictions are lifted and we reopen.
