Baker's is a vibrant, fast paced, award winning coffee shop, bar and restaurant which thrives on atmosphere and experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team. We are looking for mixologists and bar staff with the wow-factor. It is a fantastic time to come on board as we rebuild our business post Covid and look to expand further.
Candidates must have excellent presentation and be passionate about food, customer service and the delivery of an effective and efficient product. They must be focused on the customer experience from entry to leaving the restaurant and must have an outgoing and friendly personality.
We are looking for someone who can work with the team to ensure the service at Baker's is second to none. The ideal candidate will be a committed and professional individual with experience of a restaurant and cocktail bar. We are looking for someone hardworking, driven and
passionate about what they do. You will take responsibility for ensuring that the bar areas are ready for service and maintained to our high standards. You will be expected to work in a team to ensure the customers’ needs are met at all times, keeping to our standards

and greeting our guests with a smile and warm welcome every time like it’s the first time you have seen them. You will be required to learn about our company and services as well as having an in-depth knowledge of our food and drink, therefore learning our menus is a must. In summary you must be passionate about hospitality and delivering amazing service to our guests with a smile and personality.
The following provides an indicative but not exhaustive list of typical duties
· Preparing and serving soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, cocktails and wines/beers
· Taking customer orders
· Some elements of food preparation including desserts and fruits for dressing drinks
· Hot drink preparation – coffee and teas, including use of barista coffee machine.
· Issuing customer bills and receipting payments
· Clearing of tables
· General cleaning duties to include tables, floors, dishes, washrooms, floors
· Providing friendly and appropriate customer interaction
· Stocking drinks, glasses, fruit and food
You will be required to work both Friday and Saturday evenings. Please only apply if you can offer this.
We will be conducting virtual interviews via video link in the first instance with a view to an in person interview once restrictions permit.
