This is an exciting opportunity to join the team. We are looking for a chef de partie with the wow-factor. It is a fantastic time to come on board as we rebuild our business post Covid and look to expand further.
Candidates must have excellent presentation and be passionate about food, customer service and the delivery of an effective and efficient product. They must be focused on the customer experience from entry to leaving the restaurant and must work and communicate well within a team.

We operate a busy kitchen that delivers exemplary food and service to our customers.
The position will include some weekend and evening hours.
As this is a coffee shop and restaurant the style of demands on the kitchen change throughout the day as a result as does the role. It is an ideal role from an ambitious relatively new chef wanting to learn more from an extremely talented team. As Chef de Partie it's important that you are knowledgeable within all aspects of the menu and dishes from ingredient selection, preparation and presentation. You'll be ensuring that you maintain high standards of food, hygiene and cleanliness.
This is a busy kitchen environment that requires impeccable communication skills to ensure we deliver exemplary food and service consistently. It is essential that you can work in a fast paced environment.
You'll be passionate about cooking and committed to delivering dishes you're proud of. You'll be enthusiastic and ready to develop your own skills as well as others in the team.
-Proven experience as a chef in a similar quality kitchen.
-Sound awareness and skill within culinary functions.
-A passion for consistently high standards and attention to detail.
-The ability to work well in a high-pressured environment.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
-A strong customer service focus with the motivation to consistently drive high service levels.
-Results driven and motivated.
-An understanding of food costs, budgets and wastage.
-Sound awareness of health and safety, food hygiene, COSH and HACCP legislation.
Full-Time- Will involve weekend and some evenings. Do not apply if you cannot commit to this.

We will be conducting virtual interviews via video link in the first instance with a view to an in person interview once restrictions permit. Please note this position is full time and would be looking for you to start work when restrictions are lifted and we reopen until the end of the year.
